Home gyms can be the perfect workout location for many people. They may not have the time or the finances to go to an outside gym, or they may just prefer working out with fewer distractions. Home gym owners may want to use mirrors to:

Best Locations for Home Gym Mirrors
Side, front or rear are all good locations. Avoid putting mirrors on opposite walls if your room is small, since that tends to create an unpleasant “tunnel” effect. Mounting the mirrors above the outlet level (usually 16″-22″ from the floor) works well if you are using your gym for weight lifting, or other exercises where you will be primarily standing. You will want to mount them on the floor, instead, if you will be doing yoga or other types of floor exercises.
